Where can I purchase Lucy Thompson’s jewellery?

All jewellery is handmade by Lucy in her converted caravan, nestled in the rolling hills between the border towns Knighton and Presteigne, Mid Wales. You can purchase her work directly from the website.  

Please do get in touch to discuss commissioning a special piece of jewellery, if you would like to tweak an existing design or if you have seen something on her social media that isn’t yet listed in the shop.


Lucy's work is also stocked by several renowned independent galleries across the UK.

I’m unsure what size I need to order. 

It can be daunting to order jewellery on line without being able to try it on for size first. Lucy has written a handy blog to guide you through determining what size to order. If you are still stuck and need a little guidance please get in touch and Lucy can advise.

How long does my order take to ship? 

Lucy is a one-woman show - all work is designed and handcrafted by her in between raising a young family. Some work is held in stock in which case it will be posted within 3 working days. All other work is made to order with a usual lead time of 2-4 weeks. If you have a specific date you need something by, please get in touch and Lucy will do her best to accommodate.

What is your return policy? 

If you change your mind about your order, some returns are accepted. All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund (minus the cost of postage and packaging). Please notify Lucy via email first if you intend to do this. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work is returned in an unworn condition, packaged securely and is tracked and insured during transit.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons as are bespoke or customised commissions.
